Delivery

UK Orders

Tracked & Signed

  • We ship the majority of items with Royal Mail 2nd class signed for, which takes 2-3 working days depending on where you live. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as they are available. 

  • Smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class. 

  • Items are dispatched within 1 week from your approval of the design

  • It will be your responsibility to follow up with Royal Mail for any missed delivery

DPD Tracked Delivery 

  • Seating plans are shipped by DPD tracked delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as they are available. 

  • Confirmation of the delivery date will be e-mailed to you directly from DPD. This will give you the option to change the delivery day, arrange to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place etc. 

  • Items are dispatched within 1 week from your approval of the design 

  • It will be your responsibility to follow up with DPD for any missed delivery

International (Non-UK) Orders

  • We ship international orders with Royal Mail, who then pass it over to your local postal service. This takes up to 7 business days depending on where you live.

  • Items are dispatched within 1 week from your approval of the design 

  • Delivery will be calculated in the checkout

Estimated International Shipping Times

Europe: Within 3-5 working days
United States: Within 7 working days 
Australia: Within 7-10 working days 
Rest of The World: Within 7-10 working days

Damage/Delays

​

If it has been more than 10 working days since your order was shipped, please first check the tracking link for you order to see if an attempt at delivery was made. If it is still pending delivery after 10 days, please contact us at hello@prettypost.co.uk.

We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. However, we take great care in packing our shipments to help protect your items from damage.

Customs and Import Charges

Depending on the country you're having your items shipped to, there may be customs charges to pay.

Please bear this in mind and check with your local authority to estimate potential charges based on the value of your order.

We unfortunately cannot be held liable for any custom charges incurred as a result of importing goods.
